Stanley J. Kozlowski Jr., 62, of Schaumburg, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Born December 25, 1948 in Chicago. He was the son of Stanley Sr. and Genevieve (nee Skrzypczak).
Survivors include wife of 32 years Gail (nee Hottat); children Laura and John; sister Linda (Jack) Peterson; nephew Andy (Amanda); and great nieces and nephews Brooklyn, Braxton and Braysen.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Mass Tuesday, 10:00a.m. at St. Hubert Church, 729 Grand Canyon St, Hoffman Estates. Arrangements by Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Cremation was at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wake Forest Medical School, Medical School Blvd., Inherited Kidney Disease Research Fund, Section on Nephrology, Attn: Dr. Anthony Blyer, Winston-Salem, NC 27157 would be appreciated.
