Stanley John Kendziora, 92 of Bartlett, also formerly of Evanston, Lombard and Bellwood, passed away at his home Tuesday, August 7. He was born in Illinois to the late Majcher and Mary, nee Grzybowieka, Kendziora, March 3, 1926. Stan married Bernadette, nee Miller, October 23, 1948. Stan served in the United States Navy from 1944-1946. Stan was employed at the Armitage Bakery in Chicago Illinois and Retired from Jewel Foods in Melrose Park, Illinois in 1988. Stan was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing and wood working. Stan was a loving and caring husband and father who was always thankful and joyful. He was greatly loved and will be missed. Stan is survived by two sons, Chris (Rebecca) and Cary (Laurie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Anna, Theresa (Brennan) Nelson, Kory (Tiffany), Kyle (Lauren), Colin (Anne), Cole, Kaleb, Quinn, Kelsey, Kate, and Claire; and 10 great grandchildren, Seth, Morgan, Leah, Sybil, Slater, Riley, Charlotte, Vienne, Wyatt, and Nora. Stan is brother of late Edmund, late Roman (late Beverly), late Gabriel (late Lottie), late Dolores (Irwin) Wales, late Mary and the late Ann Marie. He is brother in law of late Robert Miller and the late Virginia (late Roman) Martinson. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, September 15, 10:00am until the time of memorial service 11:00 am at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett, Rd. (at Sterns Rd.), Bartlett. Internment will follow at the Windridge Cemetery, Cary, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
