Stacy Olesen

Stacy Olesen, 60, of Mendota died February 16, 2020. Stacy was the beloved mother of Melissa (Christopher Johnson) Olesen and Amy (Morgan) Carter; proud grandmother of Sean Sparks, Joseph Ross, Evan Hartley and Gavin Johnson, Mackenzie and Hunter Carter; loving sister of Robin, Rick, Randie McKiness and Donna McKiness-Beckman; cherished daughter of Hallard "Bud" McKiness and the late ViDonna "Vicki" Beckman. Stacy will be missed by recently reunited biological siblings Cynthia Brown, Sharon Juarez, Susan Stallins, Rick Pencak, Sebra Griffin and George Meade, as well as many other relatives and friends.



Stacy was an active member of the VFW Auxillary of Mendota, and the Elks of Mendota post 1212. She was a proud supporter of our troops and veterans. Stacy was also a Greenbay Packers fan.



Memorial visitation Saturday February 22, 1:00pm until time of story sharing 5:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory.
