Sister Cecilia Zielen, S.S.J. TOSF, 91, of Bartlett, entered eternal life April 3, 2024. Member of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Third Order of St. Francis for 73 years. Cecilia was born June 15, 1932 in Chicago, IL to Peter and Stephanie Zielen. She is survived by her niece Cecilia (Kenneth) Connelly, grand- niece Stephanie (Joseph) Ahern, grand-nephew Michael (Cynthia) Zielen, other nieces and nephews and her Sisters of St. Joseph TOSF. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Eugene, Thaddeus and Harriet. Visitation Monday, April 8, 2024 from 9:30a.m. until time of Mass 10:30a.m at Sacred Heart Chapel at The Oaks of Bartlett, 827 Carillon Drive, Bartlett. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
