Sister Kanarski

Sister Florenciana Kanarski, SSJ TOSF, 97, of Bartlett, born July 16, 1917 in Chicago. She entered into eternal life September 17, 2014. She was a member of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Third Order of Saint Francis for 80 years. Beloved daughter of the late Stanley and Theodosia (nee Bien); loving sister of the late John (the late Evelyn) Kanar; and cherished by the Sisters of St. Joseph, Third Order of St. Francis. She was a home maker, and served many parishes in Chicago, Fort Wayne, IN, and Gary, IN, as well as a care taker for the elderly in many private homes in Chicago.

Visitation Saturday, September 20, 9:30a.m. until the time of Mass 10:30a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel at Clare Oaks, 801 Carillion Drive, Bartlett. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sisters of St Joseph TOSF, Development Office, P.O. Box 305, Stevens Point, WI 54481-0305, would be appreciated.
