Shirley Harrington

Shirley Marie Harrington, nee French, was born on February 15, 1928 to Joseph and Margaret French in Chicago, Illinois. She passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023 in Elgin, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Thomas A. Harrington, her parents, siblings and granddaughter, Kristine Gilarski. She is survived by her three daughters, Alyce (Keith) Gilarski, Marguerite Harrington, and Joanne (Thomas) Cox, as well as four granddaughters, Nicole (Tim) McCann, Elizabeth (Don) Holder, Kathryn Zaragoza, Rebecca (Brandon) Medder and seven great grandsons as well as several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 6N491 Crane Rd, St Charles on Tuesday December 26, 2023 at 10:30am with visitation starting at 9:30am. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
