Shelby is the beloved wife of the late Frank Menchaca; loving mother of Thomas (Jennifer) Jensen; cherished grandmother of Chris (Erin) Jensen and Shelby Jensen; proud great grandmother of Willow and Sophia; dear sister of Buel Birchfield, Jr. and the late Bill (the late Phyllis), Barbara and Ronnie Birchfield; aunt of many loving nieces and nephews.
She will also be missed by the many cats she gave a home.
