Shawna Marie Wagstaff , age 35 of Streamwood; beloved wife of Chad; loving mother of Nathan Louis age 13, Elizabeth Marie age 10 and Benjamin Martin age 5. Dear daughter of Terry and Karen Nelson and fond sister of Jason (Lindsey), Adam ( Abby), Matthew (Julia), Chris (Megan), Emily (fiancé Kade Bankhead), Jonathan, Deborah and the late Stephen. She was the office manager at Bartlett Dental Station (formerly Chad Wagstaff DDS) and she was very involved with many church activities. Visitation Wednesday 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 270 Knollwood Dr., Bloomingdale. Funeral services to follow at 8:00 P.M.
