Sharon Waclawski

Sharon “Shari” L. Waclawski, 69, of Bartlett since 1978, died Monday, October 2, 2017. Born September 27, 1948 in Racine, Wis. Shari was an avid Cubs and Blackhawks fan. She enjoyed spending time in her yard and taking tropical vacations, along with a tropical umbrella drink or two. But what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family. Beloved wife of 46 years to Bob; loving mom of Jennifer (Dallas) Szafranski, and twins Michelle Waclawski and Christine (Bryan) Corcoran; cherished grandma of Emma, Maddie, Anna, Brad, Sean and Ben; caring daughter of the late Russell and Irlene (nee Doust) Gallagher; and kind sister of Timothy (Lynn), Patrick (Molly) and Katherine Gallagher. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Friday 11:00a.m. at the funeral Home.
