Shakeel Omar, 69, of Bartlett passed suddenly on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Born June 15, 1953 in Pakistan. Shakeel loved cars. He was a foodie who enjoyed traveling but his biggest passion was always his family, especially his granddaughter. Beloved husband of Debra; loving dad of Shan (Stephanie), Rahan (Jodie) and Shay (Paige) Omar; cherished grandpa of Olivia; kind brother of Shahid Umer, Qamar and Yawar Amin and Nazli Iftikar; fond uncle to several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 31st from 11:30 a.m until 1:30 p.m at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd, Bartlett. Processional to follow at Bluff City Cemetery, 945 Bluff City Boulevard, Elgin.
