Severene J. Mathisen, 69, of Streamwood, died Saturday, July 21, 2012. Born January 8, 1943 in Chicago. Severene embraced life for everything it offered and will be deeply missed by her family. Loving mother of Julie Kozil and the late Frederick and Andrew; cherished grandmother to Ashley, Frankie, Anthony, Anthony, Sara and Elora.
A memorial visitation will be Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 11:00a.m. until time of memorial service 12:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Streamwood. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
