Scott Myers

Scott T. Myers, of Elgin, died June 2, 2025. Scott was the beloved husband of Susan Myers (nee Gannon) for 26 years; loving father of Timothy and Sarah; cherished son of the late John Myers and Camille Caffarelli; dear brother of Keith and Kevin (Sam); dear brother-in-law of John, Nancy (Kurt), William (Alexis), Julie (Hyung), Greg (Meggan);  proud uncle of John, Ryan, Mary, John (Karen), Marie, Andrea (Darrell), Monica (Dan), Allison, Thomas, Kimberly, Michael, Emily, Katie, Emma, Grace and Finn.

Scott enjoyed traveling, going on cruises and visiting Disney World. He liked to play board games and cards, going to the casino and feeding the birds. Scott also loved to grill and shop at Menard's (He was all about the rebates!).

Memorial visitation Wednesday, June 11th, 3:00pm - 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Horizons for the Blind would be appreciated.
