Sara Cifone

Sara M. Cifone, 29, of Hanover Park, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2021. Born on August 5, 1991, in Hoffman Estates Illinois. Sara was a lover of all forms art and music ; and She enjoyed expressing herself through sculpting, drawing, and painting especially. She loved all creatures of nature great and small. She will be dearly missed & in our hearts forever. Beloved mother of Jaden; loving daughter of Corinne, (Larz Hornby) and Scott Cifone; cherished girlfriend of Dan Loyd and dear granddaughter of John and Rosanne Cifone. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. A memorial visitation will be held from 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Rd (1/4 mile south of Irving Park Rd), Roselle.
