Sandra (Sandy) S. McCaw, 81, of Streamwood, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on June 1, 1944, in Des Moines, IA. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and is survived by her children Monte, Matt, Mindy (Jeff) Swanson and Bambi (Craig) Leonard; cherished grandma of Mitchell (Kristen), Morgan, Dylan (Emily), Ian, Trent, Peyton, Zach (Carla), Rileigh, Reese, Tanner, Elliott, and Colbie and dear great grandma of Emery, Macie and Violet.

Sandy's favorite thing to do was spend time with her grandchildren and she was blessed with a household full of them. Cremation is private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Streamwood.
