Sandra S. Holz

Sandra S. Holz (Kirkpatrick), 73, of Hanover Park for 30 years, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 5, 2026. Sandy was an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and was known for loving her family and friends unconditionally. She was a hard worker who often wore her heart on her sleeve. She especially loved her grand-pups, late Sarge, Sierra, Lola, and Stella, who inspired her to start fostering dogs. Beloved wife of 30 years to James W.; loving mother of Adam (Alicia) Smith and Michael (Nicole) Smith; proud grandmother of Austin, Cameron, Benjamin, and Carsyn; dear sister of the late Gary Kirkpatrick and the late Michael (Connie) Kirkpatrick; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday, February 9 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm where stories will be shared at 6:30pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Sterns Rd.), Bartlett. Following services cremation private at Countryside Crematory. A celebration of Sandy's life will be announced at a later date.
