Samuel Quilici

Samuel J. Quilici, 78, of Elk Grove Village, IL passed away on July 10, 2023. Sam is survived by his beloved wife of almost 57 years Eileen; loving father of Gina (John) Urso; cherished papa of Alex, Peyton, Natalie, and Alyssa and great-grandpa of Jaxson and Joey; dear brother-in-law to Sally, Jim (Carol) Newcomb, Frank (MaryEllen) Newcomb, Joe (Kathy) Newcomb, uncle and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Gino and Beatrice and his brother John.

Sam was dedicated to his family, he was a carpenter with many hobbies. Skilled in stained glass work he designed and built the stained glass windows for his church.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 14, beginning with prayers at the funeral home 9:15 am and processing to St Julian Eymard Catholic Church, 601 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 for mass at 10:00 am.
