Sally Turchany

Sally Ann Turchany (nee Matuszak), 72, of Bartlett, died Sunday, March 30, 2014. Born July 23, 1941 in Chicago. She was the daughter of Michael and Lottie (nee Gamalczyk) Matuszak. Sally was an avid reader who loved gardening and old movies. Her advice, insight and love will be missed by her family. Survivors include husband Anthony; nieces Karen Matuszak and Jill (Andrew) Raymond; nephews David Matuszak and James Turchany; cousins Diane (William) Conlin and Debra (Richard) Palasik and sister-in-law Sylvia. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Robert (Bernice) and Gerald Matuszak and nephews Robert Jr, Jeffery, Christopher and Scott. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Friday 9:15a.m. going to St. Peter Damian Church, Mass 10:00a.m. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
