Loving dad of Veronica, Morgan and Wes Siete; cherished grandpa of Olivia Siete and Lyla Siete-Haynes; dear son of Loretta and the late Frank; caring boyfriend of Robin O’Donnell; he is also survived by his friend and ex-wife Angela Siete. He was veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy, Rupert was employed with local 117 and a member of the VFW post 1307.
