Rose Phillips

Rose Marie Phillips, nee Pirozzoli, mother of Glenn, Jr. (Bettie), Catherine (Jim) Haslam, Pam (Rich) Roberts, Wayne, Mark (Janice), Tim (Kelly), Ann (Geno) Sonye and the late Michael; grandmother of 14, great grandmother of 15 and great great grandmother of 1. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, 2 brothers and her parents Leonard and Kate Pirozzoli, nee Battaglia. Rose loved to fish and she was good at it. She also liked to go to the casinos and play the penny slots, cook, bake (Italian meals), watch Turner Classic Movies and being the life of the party at any family gathering. Family was always the focal point of her life. Visitation Saturday January 28th, 10:00 am until time of her service 12:00 pm / noon at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd) Bartlett, Il. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following services. Her cremated remains will be buried privately at Mt. Carmel. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated. (630)289-7575
