Rose “Dolly” Moore died on the morning of January 24, 2021 with her daughter at her side. She had a long life filled with many happy moments, and was welcomed into heaven by deceased family and friends.
She married Luther “Jack” Moore on May 14, 1949, and they resided in Chicago before moving to Roselle in 1959. There they raised their four children, then moved to Green Valley, AZ in September, 2004. Rose moved back to Roselle in February, 2012, and was a resident of Sunrise of Bloomingdale from March, 2016 until present.
Rose was known for her sense of humor and easily made friends wherever she was. Her children and grandchildren have many fond memories of her funny comments and easy going demeanor. She was a gentle soul and always had a mischievous gleam in her eyes. She will be terribly missed by us all.
