Rose Montello

Rose S. Montello (nee Esposito), 94, died June 24, 2024. Rose was the beloved wife of the late William Montello; loving mother of Tracy (Randall Moss) Montello, Vickie (Gary Baumann) Hanover, Matthew (Shelly) Montello and the late Michael Montello; proud grandmother Kristina Montello, Katlyn (Tom Gavrilos) Hanover, Joseph Hanover, and Marcus (Alyssa) Montello; cherished great grandmother of Brynlee, Kayden and the late Brayden; dear sister of Mary, Vincent, Johnny, Toni, Carmella, Salvadore and Eugene.

Taking care of her family was most important to Rose. She enjoyed cooking and feeding everyone. Every person who met her knew her as "mom".

Visitation Friday, June 28, 11:00am until time of memorial service 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Inurnment 2:30pm at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flower donations to the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org or American Cancer Society www.cancer.org would be appreciated.
