Ronald Della Penna

Ronald J. Della Penna, 81, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Ron was a resident of The Oaks in Bartlett (formerly Clare Oaks) for the past eight years where he enjoyed having friendly conversations with the staff and other residents. Ron was born in Chicago to Xavier D. Della Penna and Thelma M. Della Penna (nee Cox) on September 22, 1939. He met Patricia (Pat) Incandela, the love of his life, when they were just young teens. He and Pat were married on January 20, 1961 and later had two sons. Throughout his working life, Ron was in sales for the steel industry; something he did until he retired at the age of 60.

Ron was the loving father of Thomas (Valerie) and Robert (Melissa); proud grandfather of Michael (Anne), Joseph, Dane (Nichole), Drake and Dalen; devoted brother of the late Joanne (Danny) Lamar.
