Ronald Parenti

September 28, 1930 — July 15, 2022

Ronald Peter Parenti passed peacefully on July 15, 2022.

Born in 1930 to an Italian immigrant family, Ron grew up learning and practicing the time-honored craft of woodworking. In 1951, he would go on to found Parenti & Raffaelli, Ltd. with his brother
Robert and associate John Raffaelli. With Ron’s leadership and commitment to
excellence in his craft, he helped pave the way for the company’s ongoing success.

Aside from being an expert craftsman, Ronald was an avid fisherman, traveler, reader,
and storyteller. He loved to explore America’s beautiful national parks and was a regular
visitor to his favorite casino Bally’s in Las Vegas. But he most enjoyed traveling with his
family to his river property in Eagle River, WI. Above all else, Ronald was a caring,
proud and devoted family man.

Ronald is the beloved husband of the late Eldene Louise nee Ramstrom; loving father of
Donna (Louis) Neri, Donald (Linda) Parenti, James (Kathleen) Parenti and Patricia
(Stephen) Behnke; cherished grandfather of Louis (Nicole) Neri, Christina (Tony)
Fakhari, Marc (Shannon) Neri, Brittany (Peter) Parenti-Sakash, Jenna Parenti, Matthew
Parenti, Dayna (Jonathan) Cottrell, Tricia Parenti, Stephanie (Chad) Slayton and
Anthony Behnke; proud great grandfather of 13; dear brother of the late Robert (the late
Geraldine) Parenti; fond uncle of many loving nieces and nephews; and loving
companion to Judith Lenz. He resided in Roselle for 61 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org would
be appreciated.
