Ronald Olson

Ronald C. "Ronnie" Olson, 70, originally of Chicago, formerly of Schaumburg, passed away Saturday, April 6. An avid Bears fan and fisherman, Ron was a Marine Veteran and Purple Heart recipient who loved movies, music, nature, and animals. Beloved father of Kim Olson and Matt(Lu) Olson; proud grandfather of Nathan, Tylor, Jason, and Sofia; dear brother of Sandra(Jim) Dearhart, Carole(the late Bob) Kujawa, Randy Olson, Robin(Terri) Olson, Michael Olson, and the late Joey Olson; former husband of Sandra(nee Rogala). Visitation Wednesday, April 10 from 10:00am until time of service 11:30am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd.(1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.), Roselle.
