Ronald Evensen

Ronald L. Evensen, age 61, longtime resident of South Elgin, passed away on Friday, August 30. Beloved husband of 34 years to Charlene; loving father of Michael (Andrea), Brian (Jen), Timothy (Melanie) and Teri Lynn (Ryan) Blazek; dear son of Dorothy (the late Arnold); brother of Arnie (Patty), Gary (Karen) and Dale (Chris); grandfather of Gabby, Skylar, Nathan, Kaitlynn, Tyler, Julia and Gregory; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-9 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Road, Bartlett. Funeral Friday, 10 am at Westridge Community Church, 3300 Encounter Lane, Elgin.
