Roger Groth

Roger Adolph Groth, 84, of Elgin died February 27, 2024. Roger was the beloved husband of Nancy; loving father of Steve Groth, Stacey (Steven) Edmiston and the late Stan (Lisa) Groth; proud grandfather of Nathaniel, Abigail, Anna, Noah Edmiston, Spencer and Caroline Groth; dear brother of Barbara (Skip) Taylor. He worked for United Airlines for 40 years. Roger enjoyed hunting mushrooms, gardening, and cooking. He also liked to fish.
