A Celebration of Life for Robert E. Swoger of Streamwood since June of 1969 will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 12noon - 5:00p.m. at the Hoosier Grove Barn 700 W. Irving Park Rd. Streamwood, IL 60107.
Bob retired in 2002 from Motorola, having worked since 1965. He was also a member of the Glenside Color Computer Club and VARA Amateur Club. He is remembered for his program "Logicall" and game "Hunt the Wumpus".
Bob is the beloved husband of 58 years of Annette nee Sutkowski, whom he married March 7, 1964; loving father of Michelle (Mitch) Moritz; cherished grandfather of Reagan Heidi Moritz; dear brother of William (Dorothy) Swoger, Janice (Thomas) Hallett and the late Ronald Swoger; fond uncle of many loving nieces and nephews.
