Robert "Rob" G. Salvesen died April 15, 2018. Rob was the beloved husband of Jan for 43 years; loving father of Robert (Jill), and Pamela; proud brother of Ray (Sue) and Roger (Ursula); dear brother in law of Bob Kotz; cherished son of the late Robert and Emily; fond uncle of 4 and great uncle of 7. Rob was an Army Reserve veteran, he enjoyed bowling and golf. He was a Cubs and Blackhawks fan.
Visitation Thursday, April 19, 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Friday 10:30 am. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to Lymphoma Research Foundation www.lymphoma.org would be appreciated.
