Robert Runyan, 80, of Streamwood. Beloved husband of Carol A. (nee: Sukla), loving father of Mark (Trisha) Runyan, Kathleen (Jim) Hoberg and Dale (Becky) Runyan; dear grandfather of Samantha, Bradley, Emily, Jessica, Amber, Joe and great grandfather of Sadie, Blake and Tessa; fond brother of Dan Runyan and the late Sandra (Al) Diya.
Robert was a Veteran of the Army-Air Corps, a former Mason and Harley Davidson Hog Member.
The Family wishes to thank close friends, Apex hospice and Roberts nurse Maggie for all their care and support.
Visitation Wednesday 5:00pm until 8:00pm at The Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood. Following visitation, cremation will be private at The Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s research or the American Lung Assn.
