Robert A. Post, 84, of Hampshire; beloved husband of 61 years of Elizabeth nee DeBusman, loving father of Steven (Kelley), James (Andrea), Karen (Rob) Squires, Laura (John) Skiba, Nancy (Don) McMillan, David (Kathy) and the late Robert (Debby); dear grandfather of Jeff, Jennifer, Lisa, Katie, Bobby, Marc, Melanie, Jackie, Kristin, Megan, Amber, Drew, Alex, Danel, Brandon and Justin. Robert was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a Boy Scout leader for Troop 163 for 5 years and liked stamp and coin collecting as well as scuba diving. Memorial Visitation Saturday 3:00 PM until the time of Memorial Service 7:30 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the American Heart Assn., Greater Midwest Affiliate, Memorials & Tributes Lockbox, 3816 Paysphere Cir., Chicago, IL 60674 would be appreciated.
