Robert “Bob” George Klein, age 64, beloved husband of Jennifer Anne Klein; loving father of Mattie (Avery) Michelle Klein and Makayla Marie Klein; dear son of the late Joseph John Klein Jr. and Mary Alice Klein (née McGrath); cherished brother of Richard (Brenda) Klein, Katherine (the late Steven) Forney, and the late Joseph John Klein III; devoted son-in-law of Judith (née Carnahan) and Donald Thompson; dear brother-in-law of Donna and Bob Jones; adored uncle of Travis (Abbey) Forney, Matthew Forney, Joe Klein, Paul Klein, Richard Klein, Jennifer (Dominic) Borsato, and Ben Jones; proud great-uncle of Laurel Forney, Fox Forney, Riley Borsato, Colin Borsato, Greyson Jones, and Brooks Jones.

Bob was a longtime State Farm agent who served his customers and community with dedication and integrity. Outside of work, he was known for his love of golf, boating, and snow skiing. Bob had a gift for making everyone feel welcome. To him, no one was ever a stranger. His kindness, humor, and warmth left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, July 25, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Damien, 109 S Crest Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103.  Cremation will be private following Mass.   Info www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com or (630)289-7575
