Robert Kathe

Robert W. Kathe, Sr., 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by family December 2, 2014. Robert was the beloved husband of the late Jackie; loving father of John (Kathleen), Michael (the late Joyce), Linda (Tony) Ciarico, Patrick (Linda), Robert Jr., Steve (Shari), and David (Cindy); proud grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 7; cherished brother of Harold Jr. (Carole), Gene (Cindy) and the late Jim (Phyllis).

A founding member of St. Marcelline Church, Robert was active with the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent DePaul Society. He was a truck driver for over 50 years.

Visitation for Robert is December 5, Friday, 3:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday, 9:15a.m. to St. Marcelline Church Mass 10:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
