Rita Spencer

Rita M. Spencer, 80, of Elgin died July 19, 2025. Rita was the beloved mother of Jeffrey (Gina) Spencer and Thomas Spencer; proud grandmother of Nathan and Joseph; dear sister of Joseph, Dorothy, Christina and the late Raymond. Rita was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards.Visitation Friday, July 25, 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at State Street) South Elgin. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 6:00pm. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
