Richard Johnson

Richard "Rick" Gary Johnson, 80, of Bartlett died August 12, 2024. Rick was the beloved husband of Kathy for 54 years; loving father of Ayden Layne Johnson; dear brother of Marva Simon, Pat Gilbert, Paula Walker, the late Larry Abnett, Steven Johnson, and Michelle McLaren. He will be missed by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Rick was an air force veteran. His greatest love was the Theater. He enjoyed golf, jogging, tennis and photography.

A celebration of life for Rick will be held on Sunday July 27, 2025 from 11:00am until the time of memorial service 12:30pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local animal shelter.
