Richard J. Jachowske, 78, of Hanover Park since 1962, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011. A veteran of the Korean War having served in the U.S. Air Force. Richard worked Trans World Airlines for many years. He enjoyed fishing, boating and being outdoors but his true passion was his family.
Beloved husband to the late Irene (nee Hackett); loving father to Richard Jr. (fiancé Gina) of Gibson City, Sharon (Michael) Coombs of Hanover Park, Michael (Valerie) of Elgin and Susan (George) Gardner of Knoxville, TN; Caring grandfather to 11 and great-grandfather to 13; fond son to the late Fred and Helen (nee Bujan).
Cremation was private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood.
