Prayers for Richard E. Hozian, Sr. of Carol Stream since 1990 will begin Friday December 23, 2011 9:15a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett to Corpus Christi Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday 3:00 - 9:00p.m.
Born December 7, 1944, Rich died December 19, 2011.
A US Naval Veteran, Rich worked his entire life in the automotive industry.
He is the beloved father of Cindy of St. Charles, Tina (Roman) Krawec of Carol Stream, Rich (Charlene) Hozian, Rr. of Bartlett, Lisa (Jon) Prins of Naperville, Kimi of Carol Stream; step-father of Amy and Gina Mueller of Ariz.; proud grandfather of Savannah, Michael and Nicole; dear brother of Pam (Bill) Crosby; life companion of Ginger Hozian. He will also be missed by his faithful friends Lacey, Terra and Chloe.
