Richard J. Duczak, 70, of Streamwood, died Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Born February 25, 1948 in Hammond. Richard spent 25 years serving in the U.S. Navy. Beloved husband of 47 years to Jo Anita (nee Stepenski); loving father of John Joseph and Joseph John; cherished son of the late Leonard and Marion (nee Wojtkowiak); dear brother of the late Linda Lewis; kind brother-in-law to David Lewis and caring uncle of Kera Lynn, Kate Lin (Dr. Michael Koerner) and great uncle of Heather Lin and Sarah Elizabeth. Cremation was handled privately at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, Streamwood. Private burial at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
