Richard Czyzowicz

Richard Alex Czyzowicz, age 84, passed away on December 4, 2024, in Hoffman Estates. He was born on December 30, 1939.

Richard dedicated seven years of service to the National Guard, contributing significantly during his tenure. Professionally, he excelled as a tool and die machinist, a career that showcased his precision and skill.

Richard had a passion for woodworking, a hobby that allowed him to express his creativity and craftsmanship. This hobby not only filled his garage with various projects and creations but also brought joy to those around him who were fortunate enough to receive one of his handcrafted pieces.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Diana; his daughters, Denise (Brad) and Dawn (Mark); his grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Jessica, Katie, and Ashley; and his siblings, Helen, Janet, Ed, and Mitchell.

Richard was preceded in death by his brothers, Stanley Jr. and Fred, and his parents, Stella and Stanley Sr.

A private service will be held to honor Richard’s life and legacy. Richard’s memory will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were honored to have known him.

May he rest in eternal peace.
