Memorial visitation for Rev. Glen Philip Isgrigg of Bartlett, formerly of Frankfort, Indiana, will be held at Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton (www.garychurch.org) on Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 12:00 pm. (Noon) until the time of Memorial Service 1:00 p.m. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born July 31, 1934 in Frankfort, IN, Phil died December 31, 2015.
He is the beloved husband of the late Melanie Sue nee Schupbach; loving father of Mark Allen and David Andrew Isgrigg; stepfather of Samuel David Winer II and Gregory (Monica) Winer; cherished grandfather of Amber Noelle Woods, Rebecca, Katelyn and Samantha Winer; proud great grandfather of Jayden Christopher Leon Webb; dear brother of Larry Franklin and Dale Lee Isgrigg.
Phil had a Masters in Divinity from United Theological Seminary, and retired after 38 years of serving many churches in the Indiana area. Phil was an avid skier, loved to read and do crossword puzzles, and was an active member of Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton. He was a devoted and very loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed.
