Rebecca “Becky" J. Berndt, 35, died Friday, October 15, 2010 in Park Ridge.
Born August 26, 1975 in Winfield. She was the daughter of Jeff and Judy (nee Gilman).
Becky enjoyed the simple things in life including puzzles, good food and Mickey Mouse. She especially enjoyed being with family.
Survivors include parents Jeff (Judy) and Judy (Sam) Pepe; brother Stephen (Deborah) and sister Melissa (Alan) Walsh; nephews Vincent and James, niece Tina and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was loved by all.
Visitation Tuesday from 3-9p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Wednesday 11a.m. Interment Bartlett Cemetery. Memorials to the Special Olympics, www.specialolympics.org, would be appreciated.
