Raymond Conrade Zorn, 77, of Bartlett, IL passed away on November 22, 2023. Ray was the beloved husband of 43 years to Linda who passed away in 2015; loving dad of Aaron Conrade (Dana Decker) Zorn, Kirsten Marie (Jayson) Yeager and Adam Clifton (Jen) Zorn; proud grandpa of Ali, Connor, Karley, Jaclyn, J.J., Lillian, Ivy and Owen; cherished brother of Chris “Kit” (Kim) Zorn; dear uncle and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda and his parents Christoph and Mary Zorn.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 2:00p.m. until time of service 6:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Following service cremation at the Countryside Crematory. We ask that you wear pink, to honor Ray’s memory.
