Raymond Peterson

Raymond D Peterson, 90, of Hanover Park, IL passed away on August 19, 2023. Ray was a proud Airforce Veteran who worked for United Airlines as a mechanic for nearly 40 years. He leaves behind his beloved wife Janice nee Siirila; loving father of Janine Nottke, Becky (Jack) Kaszubski, Karen (Bill) Clapp, and Michael (Colleen) Peterson; cherished grandfather of five and great-grandfather of two, dear uncle and friend to many. Ray was preceded in death by his parents John and Liisa (nee Karhumaki) Peterson, his son-in-law Randall Nottke, his brother Robert Peterson and sister Mary Carpenter. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church, 780 S Bartlett Rd, Streamwood, IL 60107.
