Randy Zeek, 63, of Streamwood died peacefully 11/24/17 after a courageous battle with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. His generous participation in clinical trials and research will go on to help others afflicted with this disease.
Beloved husband of Diane, father of Christopher (Nikki) and Jeffrey (Claudia), step-father of Patrick Davis (fiancé Becky Shane), Ellen Davis (fiancé Jose Calderon), and Philip Davis (fiancé Tylar Jozefczyk). Proud grandfather of Logan, Morgan, Madelyn, Brenner and Kaitlyn Zeek. Cherished brother of Cliff (Pat) and the late George (Jeanne) Zeek. Loving son of the late Cletus and Jane Zeek, and son-in-law of Rodger and the late Esther Gniadek. Dear uncle and friend to many.
Randy’s favorite pastimes included movies, bowling, fishing, and time with family. He was a warm, teddy-bear of a guy with a smile and a helping friend to all. He loved the Northwoods of Wisconsin and their lake home in Eagle River.
Visitation Tuesday, November 28 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Wednesday 9:15 a.m. to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert.
