Preceded in death by the love of her life James Sr., her parents Edward and Mary Pallone(nee Messana), and her brother Edward.
Phyllis is survived by: her sons James II and Chris (Cheryl)(nee Orenstein), her grandchildren Edward, Nicole, and Natanya. Her sister Annette(Al )Reamer, and sister in law Jean Pallone.
Any future plans for a celebration of life will be communicated at a later date.
