Phyllis M. Mearns, 75, of Elmwood Park, IL passed away on June 6, 2023. Phyllis is survived by her siblings Beverly (Orlando) Carini, Virginia (the late Eugene) Dalke, and Margo Mascolo, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Violet and brother Billy. A private cremation was held.
