Visitation for Phyllis Joyce Jenssen nee Haak of Schaumburg for 56 years will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 11:00a.m. until time of prayers 12:45p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Entombment Memory Gardens.
She is the beloved wife of the late Bruce; loving mother of Robert A. (Debra), Lawrence and Thomas Dale (Karin); cherished grandmother of Neil and Meghan (Chris) Tillson; proud great grandmother of Elizabeth, Isabel and Vincent; dear sister of Arthur (Jean) Haak.
