Phyllis Froberg

Phyllis J. Froberg, nee DeLouise, of Bartlett formerly of Chicago passed away Saturday February 4at St. Alexius Medical Center. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Bob; daughters Micki (Greg) Slocum and Dina Froberg; she was the proud nana of Jenna, Michael, Ryan and Ethan. She was the master of her pets Tornado and Elle. Visitation Thursday 3:00 pm until the time of services 8:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following services. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
