Phillip Rubino

Phillip Rubino, 81, an Army Veteran of Elk Grove Village, passed away into eternal life Sunday, April 18, 2021. He was surrounded by his loved ones as he went to meet the love of his life and recently passed wife Wanda. Phillip will be remembered for his loving personality and fiesty spirit. Beloved husband of the late Wanda (nee Hillard); loving father of Victoria Rubino and Michele (Dave Tatera) Rubino; dear Papa of Antonio, Kara, Michael, Rachel, James, Alley, Ashton, and the late Diamond Sapphire; proud great Papa of Adelaida, Brooklyn, London, and Franco; fond brother of the late Annette Rubino.
