Philip C. Saia, 77, a resident of Schaumburg for 27 years; cherished husband of 50 years of Barbara (nee Layman); loving father of Michael (Tammy) of Bloomingdale and Jeffrey (Laura) of Elmhurst; proud grandfather of Adriana & Carissa, Genevieve & Anthony; brother of Connie (Frank) Nanna and uncle of Annette (Brett) Frederick.
Worked as a barber at Phil's Barber Shop in Chicago, later at Centrella Foods for 30yrs and currently part time at Valli Produce in Arlington Hts.,retired member of Local Union 703.
Visitation Saturday, November 5 10:00am until time of service, 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd, Streamwood/Schaumburg. 630-289-8054 or www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com
Following services, cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
