Visitation for Peter Traiko of Downers Grove will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2016 10:00a.m. until time of service 12noon. Interment Fairview Memorial Park.
Peter passed away March 22, 2016 after a long struggle with MS. He served in the Army Reserves for six years, during which time he was put on alert for the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He leaves behind a brother Mike (Joan) Kariotis, a niece, Christie Gariti, nephews Christopher, Michael and Joseph Kariotis and many great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Gregory and Stella Traiko, brother, Jimmy Kariotis and sister Kay Geallis nee Kariotis. (630) 529-5751.
